Our United States Facility

Our Carbon Fiber facility is headquartered in Lake City, SC in a 50,000 ft2 world class manufacturing facility. The facility was opened in 2010 with chopped and pyrolized carbon fiber capacity along with 3 dimensional preforming capability. 


PhlexTek is capable of processing any form of excess carbon fiber while maintaining traceability throughout the manufacturing process. With a rapid product development cycle and over 1,800 mt of annual capacity, we can provide cost effective unique solutions for the composites industry.

Ideal for applications requiring high mechanical performance and compatibility with various resin systems. Manufactured from reclaimed aerospace‑grade carbon fiber, this product helps prevent landfill waste while delivering exceptional material quality.
